They are a scam company and will fight you every step of the way when trying to cash in on one of their warranties. I just recently went to them with a cell phone warranty for an $85 phone. They wanted a $200 deductible before they'd give me a REFURBISHED phone when a brand new one can be bought for $85. NEW, not refurb. Think about that. If you want insurance, then "self insure". Set aside the money you'd pay for insurance into an account you don't touch. If a camera breaks, you'll have more than enough to replace it. Works Great! *by L***H on Reviewed in the United States on 2 March 2020* I love this system, was going to buy a 4k system, but I didn’t want to spend the money and I’m glad I didn’t because this one is amazing. It does everything as advertised and more, night vision without the spotlights on is so clear and I have no trouble using either of the apps. The wide view of the camera is also great, it’s a big upgrade from our old security cameras, we didn’t even have to run wires we just used our old ones. One piece of advice if your using a gmail email account for this is to disable 2 step verification and allow untrusted applications because it will block it and your test email will fail!
