Lansinoh ComfortFit Breast Pump Flanges, Size 21mm, 2 Count

These are excellent flanges they are very comfortable but also feel very secure. I feel like a get a better suction with these flanges since they fit so well around the breast.

These are great quality and function exactly as intended. Only just now showing wear after 6 months of use.

I’m not sure why this size doesn’t come with the pump. It seems like most people need this size. Def get if your flanges don’t fit!

The flanges fit well with my Lansinoh pump and provide a snug, secure fit without causing any discomfort. They have been a total game-changer for my pumping routine! They’re incredibly comfortable and provide a great seal, helping to ensure that my pumping sessions are as efficient as possible. The soft, flexible material makes them gentle on my skin, and I love how easy they are to clean and maintain.

The biggest positive for me is how tight the flange is. I love the secure fit it provides, as it helps create a strong seal during pumping, which means better suction and efficiency. No more worrying about milk leaking out or the flange slipping during use. The tightness gives me peace of mind, knowing that it’s working effectively to help express. On the downside, I found that the flange is a bit too long for my liking. While it does its job in terms of suction, the extra length can sometimes make the whole process feel less comfortable. I often feel like the extra length makes the flange sit awkwardly, which can get a bit uncomfortable during longer pumping sessions. I wish it were a bit shorter to help with ease of use and positioning.

My insurance came with the 21 and 24mm and both were too small and painful for me, the 28 one fits perfect, it makes pumping much easier, I love how the edges soft silicone so it doesn't hurt your skin. These are so much more comfortable than my old medela!

I purchased these to try with my Medela brand pump as I was having some discomfort using my Medela flanges. I do find these more comfortable, however the Large is probably too large for me - it's a bigger difference than I was expecting coming from "standard" Medela size. Primarily posting about the fit vs Medela pump as I'd read some reviews on that prior to purchasing. As others said, these CAN work with the Medela pump, but beware that your bottles can fall off the end if you're using a hands-free pumping bra. I find this incredibly frustrating, because the Lansinoh flanges have a little plastic ridge preventing them from being pushed on deeper and therefore being secure. If only Lansinoh removed that ridge, everything would be fine, but as it is even being careful I've had them fall 3-5x in the month that I've been using these. Ultimately, I bought these to try to improve my milk yield, and I feel that they do give a very slight improvement there - but it's subtle, and any amount I gain is possibly offset by dropping a bottle and having milk spill out through the top!

These are great. The ones that came with the machine worked with my first son. But with second, I was double engorged and needed to upsize.

Received only one count instead of 2 and it was wrapped in plastic bag instead of the original package
