Hard rubber wedges would be suitable for weighted barbell squats. **Q: How many kg can this hold?** A: They a little soft so not much above 100 kg at a guess **Q: Can you stack these to create a sharper angle (useful for patellar rehab squats) or would they slip away?** A: There’s nothing stopping you stacking them, they gel together quite well but maybe you’ll be the one slipping off - at least I don't get much traction at that angle. Maybe letting the toes creep off.
