Fits as advertised in size charts, and so far it's kept me dry though I've not been in heavy or extream weather conditions, I have been in light rain with medium wind as well as medium rain with little to no wind and so far it has not let the water in (no added water proofing was done by me its just straight out of the box) now I will say that if you want this to be your main wet weather jacket like my self I would suggest getting something to layer under it for warmth as this is not insulated so during freezing temp you too will be freezing. to circle back to sizing I'm 5,11 and 145lbs not fit just a regular build and got the extra small, my chest is 34 inches and my hips are a 30 and this jacket is by far the best fitting jacket I've had in my adult life with just enough room to get a basic sweater or zip up under for extra warmth on the days/nights that drop in temp (can be seen in pics over a basic sweater in one as well as over both the sweater and waiters in another) Cons. my only hang up is the cuffs being a neoprene (wetsuit like material) that is tight on the wrists (I have nerve damage on the top of my thumb and it can be difficult getting the cuff over without it hurting) it can also be a little difficult if you wear a watch.
