Love this for my toddler. She was having accidents all over the house with the other potty we had. Now she goes to the toilet every time. She likes the step up to get onto it. Would recommend.

By the time I needed to use this, I open the brand-new box and realised there were no screws and instruction manuals included in this package. Itโs past the refund period, so now I am stuck with a useless box with plastic parts. I have left a question on this product, and after two days have received no response from the seller. Beware, terrible, quality assurance, no Support, just buy it from a local baby store instead.
