Obsessed with this product! I wasn’t expecting it to be so easy to apply but it’s a dream. Transformed my 90s orangey cabinets to a beautiful white oak look. See pictures for before and after, can’t wait to do my kitchen next.

I used this Retique It on 3 frames - one very large mirror and two large size print frames. The mirror was made of wood, but had been painted gold with a spray can. Once I applied Retique It, the mirror frame looked like wood again! I 'm very happy with the result. The two print frames were made of acrylic with silver paint. Once I was done applying Retique It, the print frames looked like beautiful wood frames. This product saved me money because I didn't need to buy a new large mirror and frames. It's extremely easy to use, just follow the directions. I will definitely buy this product again!

Product works great. Just a few drops is all you need, depending on the size you are epoxying. Only thing is the bottle are very small but I expected that for the price. It works great for what I need.

Love all retique it items @ makes even the novice DIY'er feel like a professional.. The only thing is I wish it wasn't so pricey , but then again , I guess you get what you pay for .. so it's a win

This product is absolutely amazing! I flip furniture and the sanding is the chore I despise the most. Retique is so easy to use, apply the liquid wood, grain to your desired liking and then stain. That’s it! I’ve never had a bad result with this product and will continue to keep it as a staple in my supply cabinet.

I wanted to love this so much. I even bought the larger liquid wood after I bought this. But we’ve now had the product on our dinning room table and chairs, stairs and coffee and end tables. It has not held up for me. We did put a thick protectant over it, but the second it chips it just looks like crap. Also I didn’t find it the easiest to apply. You have to get it on fast and in one swoop. The direction you apply the liquid wood is kinda gonna be your wood grain. So you have to be SO careful around edges and anything with a pattern. Other than that I loved the color. I wouldn’t purchase again. It’s too expensive, and I basically will need to redo everything.

I followed directions to the tee and if your doing a flat surface it may have worked but if there is wooden details or inlays then it’s really difficult to get nice results. I think you can use any tan color paint. This is expensive and I don’t think there is much if any difference in my opinion.
