Thinner than expected
This is a nice mattress cover and well made. Even after washing it, it holds its shape. Thinner than I expected but it does make my mattress softer and overall more comfortable. I have an aireloom mattress in king size and and it comes close to the Westin bed.

Nothing heavenly about it
We just visited a Westin location and slept on a Heavenly bed - no aches and pains the entire time. This product on the other hand is no different than any other thin topper. Had aches and pains after first night. I don't think it is worth the money.

The mattress pad is thick, washes and dries well. No problem whatsoever, I just was hoping for it to be as soft as the beds were in the Westin Hotel!

Just like I’m sleeping in hotel Westin. Love it. Nice and comfy.

Just OK...
We purchased a Heavenly Bed and bought the mattress pad to go with it. All in all, I'd say it's no better than a regular mattress pad. We were hoping that the pad would add to the "heavenly bed" experience. Not worth the extra money.
