I use this every day to help with GERD symptoms. It really works to reduce reflux. I was using liquid apple cider vinegar but thought I’d try this. Glad I did. It works just as well and much easier to take ( and no taste!).

I have only used this for 3 days, but it is so much better than drinking apple cider vinegar. Even when it is mixed with water it is too tart. I’m very thankful to be able to take it in a pill form.

These capsules are easy to take and a lot more pleasant than drinking liquid apple cider vinegar. They’re gentle on the stomach and don’t have the strong taste or smell you’d normally expect. That said, the effects are pretty mild. I didn’t notice any major changes in energy, digestion, or overall health. They’re fine if you just want a simple ACV supplement without the burn, but they’re not a game-changer.

Capsules can be keep at office and home vis-a-vis bottles containing liquid. Better discipline in ensuring that I take them that way
