This is our second set of these knives. The first was good for several years. The handle did start to get a little gummy after several years of use though.

I love Zyliss knives and I think they are highly underrated. This set is awesome. I sharpened them as soon as I got them and haven't had to sharpen them since, even though I use them a lot. Great knives!

I’ve only used the smaller knife so far. It’s great looking, easy to hold and maneuver. I bought small pairing knives the same brand and they are super sharp. This one is definitely sharp, but not as much as the pairing knives are. But probably sharp enough for my needs. They are nice
