The top magnetic closing latch is my favorite feature. Makes storing and pulling out my monocular quick and easy. The customer service is OUTSTANDING! I lost a buckle out hunting and customer service sent me a new one without a huge hassle or wait time. The representatives were kind and helpful and when I wasn’t descriptive enough about what I had lost, they sent me a wrong part the first time. I thought for sure I’d never be able to get the right one if I bothered them a second time, but they said it was no problem and immediately sent me out the correct part upon my more detailed description of the piece missing.
