This one doesnt work with my udm pro in the wan2 port. any idea why?

Is this compatible with Mikrotik or not? The title and short description claim it is but the extended description says it is not.

It is not compatible. I tried on 2 different routerboard models and did not work on either one. Had to return.

Do these work on a qnap (specifically qsw-2014-qs)? tried some 10gtek ones with no luck

This is a 1 Gb unit. Isn't your device 10Gb? If so, spend a few bucks more for a faster one. As for compatibility, all SFP work as long as the speed matches and supported by SFP and both sides of your equipment. You will want to set them to manual speed and set both equipment to the same speed, 1 Gb in this case. Do not rely on auto-speed, nor do you want to.
