The packaging was decent, the box seems sturdy, and the glasses didn't arrive broken, I had ordered a different set from another seller and the glasses were broken upon arrival, sent it back in exchange for another set which also arrived with broken glasses so I got a refund and ordered from this vendor instead, everything was tightly sealed and not damaged, my hubby likes it for the most part... the only issue and reason for less stars is he has voiced that the whiskey stones don't work as far as cooling his drink even after being in the freezer overnight, no biggie we just keep the glasses in the freezer.

I purchased this set in order to get some whiskey specific glasses that I could have in my liquor cabinet. I bought the sword glass version.When they arrived, I was happy to see how well the items were packed. They came in a storage box which was packed nicely. I am still surprised at how sturdy they are. The glasses are not thin and feel like I could drop them without them breaking, (no I am not going to try it, they just feel that sturdy). So far, I have had several glasses of whiskey(rye, scotch and bourbon) in one or the other of the glasses. They did what they were supposed to do, hold the liquid and allow me to sample the nectar of the gods. However, they did it in style. They just look nice.The whiskey stones work well also. I cleaned them and popped them in the freezer to get them cold once I opened the package after delivery. They kept their cool and chilled the whiskey as they were supposed to do without watering down the whiskey like ice. I haven't used the coasters yet as I haven't had the opportunity to (we have coasters around the house already). However, I plan on getting them out this summer when sitting out by the pool. The ice tongs will work fine as I played with them but to be honest, I will probably just use my fingers to get the stones or ice from the freezer.All in all, this is a great set! I would recommend this to anyone that is a whiskey drinker. I feel like the glasses and stones elevated the drink. I will be sending several folks I know the link to the set as I am sure that they will appreciate the quality in these glasses and the set as a whole. Thank you for a great product!

I bought this as a prize in a charity raffle. It was one of the most sought after gifts. The glasses have a great feel to the hand. The box creates a very nice setting.

I ordered this as a gift for a co-worker and it came on time and in good condition. Inside the box is well padded, the coaster looked great and the glass cups were bigger than I thought.
