I purchased mine in March 2020, and by mid-April it was used up. Some reviews here cited mold and other issues. I experienced none of those, but the product may be sourced by different vendors, which would account for the inconsistency. I count myself as lucky. For me this is absolutely perfect as a substitute for parmigiano reggiano grated over spaghetti. A little olive oil, perhaps some papers and this grated over a pasta it to me pure heaven. Note the time frame that I mentioned: I know for a fact that this will keep at least a month if stored in a refrigerator in a sealed plastic container. Possibly longer. At any rate, do heed the negative reviews because there were enough of them to indicate there are quality issues with some shipments. I reduced my risk by ordering mine to be delivered by Prime, which meant that I could easily return it for a refund. I was more than pleased with the package I received and it's about time to order another!

So nasty! I love roe but this was not it! It smelled terrible. The taste was just awful. I don’t think it was good. So I wound up throwing it away. Honestly not worth the money. No disrespect but I feel like a refund should be an option due to the poor quality.

I was disappointed with this baguette. The taste wasn’t good, it was too dry and smaller than expected. Unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations at all.

I am Taiwanese. I am very fond of Roe. Since kids. Party first dish food. It is in my blood that I have to pick some from duty free Shop at airport every time I back to USA. Said past 30 yrs. first time I try this in USA thanks to Amazon. Size is little smaller. But won’t stop me buying again on special occasion. I highly recommend this Italia Roe. Or whatever they call. But put on top of spaghetti kind of waste this good great Roe. U should have with white carrot, bring up all roe favor. Priceless & homesick favor food . Kuo.

Habe es im TV gesehen und musste es unbedingt probieren.. und ich würde nicht enteuscht. Fein über Spiegelei... ein Gedicht. Über gegrillten Fisch ... der Feinschliff. Also .. Einfach lecker 👍

Really good quality. Perfect colour and taste. Would strongly recommend . Can’t be faulted . Bought 2 the first time and then some . I love bottarga as it reminds me of the days when my late family friend who used to come visit and bring us a ton of these when I was young !
