Good books but price is I purchased it 200 Rs price is little bit high but if you want to know and learn easily about yoga mediation and prayanaym thire techniques easily so dont think and go for it . it is clear your all doubts and you know abour reality and test of yoga and prayanaym and meditation.

Sincere effort by Yog Guru Dheeraj ji to pass on ancient treasure of knowledge to the world.Very simplified yet authentic.

I like the way Yog guru Dheeraj explained about the two dimensions of Yoga : Action and In-Action, Sun and Moon, Sympathetic and Para-Sympathetic. All our Actions originate from Stillness, so we have to give enough importance to Stillness and when Stillness becomes our fore-front in life, actions are more efficient, effective and effortless. This message has been practically disseminated in this book- on how to balance both the Sun and Moon in your daily life. Salute to Yog guru Dheeraj for spreading the Ancient Yogic teachniques in such a simple yet effective manner.

This book is not for those who already read the authentic related scriptures like Yog Sutras, Hath Yoga Pradipika etc. They will not be satisfied as the reference explanations are given as per author's understanding.

A book which is a must read for all. The English version is very much needed and awaited for people who can't read Hindi. At a time, when yoga has been merely reduced to a form of fitness or is made so classy and glamorous that only the affluent can access it ,and the training offered to one for becoming a yoga teacher either has become too distorted or too expensive , through brandings and luxury stays in resorts , and for a common man who aspires to become one, this is all too confusing . This book ,thus, comes as a relief and revealation to those who want to know the truth about yoga and want to pursue it. Written in a very simple language , it's the most scientific and logical approach to yoga that this book offers. Over centuries, the true original knowledge and form of yoga as designed by Maharshi Patanjali , has been contaminated and deformed by modern fitness forms and the need for fast results at any cost, no matter the side effects that may be incurred in future, has turned yoga into merely another form of fitness routine.
