The only way you can replace the ink, which came out easily, for this specific pen was to replace the entire pen which I found absolutely absurd, expensive, and wasteful. So I bought these as refills for the universal counter pen unv15625. I included a picture of how these counter pens come apart and one of their old dried out ink refills with another pen that has one of these new refills inside and two new refills next to it; one that is cut to size for this pen and one that isn't. I do have to cut a small amount off but it otherwise fits perfectly and it has a nice ink flow. I've even been using them to replace ink in other pens that had seemingly different ink cartridges but these still work. Review: Pen Refills - Box full of refills. Is the ink regular blue or a combo of blue and black? I need just blue.** A: It means there are blue refills and black refills, all put together in the same package. You have the fun of determining/guessing which are blue and which are black. There are only-blue refills offered on Amazon. **Q: How far away from the tip (point of the pen) is the stopper?** A: I ordered two different brands, and have co-mingled them, so I can't say for sure, but the one I think you are referring to is about 4.75inches. They are plastic, and I have cut them with scissors to fit, as I have two different kinds of holders, too. **Q: How do you measure the diameter of the diameter of the ball?** A: all i can say it fits all my pens that are 41/2 long ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Don't throw your pens away *by G***. on September 18, 2026* I bought these for work because I noticed all these desk counter pens they were using for all the computers had many that were dried out and had no replacements. Easy to use and good quality. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not perfect but best option *by A***A on July 15, 2022* I have a bunch of Pentel RSVP pens that I love and want to keep using. I also hate buying new pens just to create more garbage. I figured the best solution was buying refills. After searching all over Amazon this item had the best price, most refills and best reviews. As others have said, the tubes and tips are skinnier than usual pens but they still fit just fine. The issue is the tubes are very short. I found a clicker pen where it fits well but the Pentel pens have space left over at the end. To rectify I filled in the left over space. I have been writing with the pens for a few days now. The blue ink does not leak and it writes well. BUT the issue is that the ink sometimes doesn't come to the tip. I have to press down really hard to get it going again. Ultimately it is not a huge inconvenience considering the price and number of refills. ## Frequently Bought Together - JANYUN 100 Pieces Ink Pen Refills Replaceable, 0.7mm Ballpoint Pen Refills 107 mm in Length Black Ink Refills Smooth Writing Pen Refills for Journal Writing Office School Supplies (Black) - MengRan 3.9'' Ballpoint Ink Pen Refills for Click Pens,1mm Medium Tip,Compatible with Parker Pen Refill,Pack of 10 (Black Ink) - ChaoQ,Black Ink Refills (6pcs), Replaceable Ballpoint Pen Refills, 1mm Medium Tip - Black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.kr/products/328168666-janyun-100pcs-ink-pen-refills-replaceable-0-7mm-black-ballpoint](https://www.desertcart.kr/products/328168666-janyun-100pcs-ink-pen-refills-replaceable-0-7mm-black-ballpoint) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Korea* *Store origin: KR* *Last updated: 2026-10-20*
