Wood and Glass Essential Oil Diffuser - Solum Lux Vitis - Aromatherapy Diffuser - Essential Oil Nebulizer

I have a lot of aromatherapy diffusers which use water. I love the idea of having one that uses essential oils only. Sometimes, it's inconvenient to have to have to refill a diffuser with water, and also inconvenient to have to keep a bottle of distilled water nearby. This diffuser does NOT use water, and in fact, water would harm it. It comes well packaged and is extremely easy to put together. Open the box, plug the cord into the unit, and then a power source, place the "bowl" (or vase) into the hole on the unit, add up to 20 drops of ESSENTIAL OILS (only) and then put on the cap. And then turn it on. It's really easy to set up. It's perfect for an office or other space where using a conventional diffuser isn't practical. It's attractive, too, and looks professional. I've discovered that I get better (more fragrant) results by using two conventional (water) diffusers in large spaces such as my kitchen and family room. The scents from the conventional diffusers linger longer as well. Additionally, the conventional diffusers work as humidifiers where this one doesn't. However, this is much more practical in spaces where the conventional diffusers aren't practical or when you want something that doesn't look like a diffuser/humidifier. While I don't have any small rooms in my house, which is an open concept with high ceilings, I suspect better results could be obtained in a smaller enclosed room where the fragrance of the essential oils would be contained. The other reason why I believe this diffuser could be beneficial is that it can probably be placed by electrical equipment without risk of spilling water will filling a conventionial diffuser. A further benefit is that when conventional diffusers have to be refilled (at least once a day for the most part) with water, there is condensation in the covers, which drips out and has to be wiped up. That is eliminated with this diffuser as there is no water to condense on the sides. I haven't had this diffuser long enough to have to clean it yet so I can't address that issue at this time. After reading the instructions from the manufacturer, it looks relatively easy. As for the written instructions, they are easy to follow and are pretty much idiot-proof. I'm very pleased to recommend this diffuser/nebulizer, especially for smaller enclosed rooms.

This thing is awesome. Looks nice and it fills the whole room with the scent/oil of your choice. It’s also nice and quiet, the only time it will get slightly louder is if the oil level gets low. Highly recommend one of these, it’s the rolls Royce of the essential oil diffusers. Nice that it doesn’t require water and doesn’t use heat to atomize the oil.

Loving this diffuser. No water, no disco lights, no heat, no plastic. I can smell the essential oils from far away, even on the lowest setting. Easy to use, and easy to clean. This is a beautifully crafted item! Looks like a piece of art. My only (small) complaint is the noise. Yeah, it’s really loud. A humming pitchy noise. The pitch changes with the setting. My spouse is in music and is very sensitive to background noise. But even my kids, who cannot be described as sensitive about most anything comment on how noisy it is. Now I get that the vibration is how this thing works, but man it’s pretty noisy. I put it on a piece of foam and that helped. If you have the TV on or music, you can still hear it. If you are going to be annoyed by this, think twice before buying! If not, you will love this!!

I’ve tried multiple diffusers and this one is by far the best in my opinion. It should be cleaned in isopropyl alcohol once a week (which is super easy, just be careful not to break any of the glass) to keep it working as well as it did when you first purchased it. I have two (see photos), and one is a little louder than the other, but definitely not a deal breaker. I use P&J trading oils (the blueberry muffin is my favorite), and the scent is amazing and pretty strong. I’ll admit, I probably don’t need two for my 800 sq ft apartment, but I’m a scent junkie and adore the scents they put off! I used to burn B&BW candies daily, but the heat they put off raised my electric bill during hot summers in Texas, and they are expensive! I do still use B&BW’s 3-wick candle holders to show off my diffusers (the base fits perfectly in them— see photos). The diffusers turn on and off in 10 minute increments, and stay on for 4 hours. If you have issues with the diffusers, there is contact info for the company that makes them in the pamphlet they include in the box. Pay attention to the instructions! They are very fragile. TLDR: these are the best diffusers I’ve ever tried, by far!! They don’t require water (thank goodness), and they put off a strong scent. I 1000% recommend!

This shipment meant business. I could tell by the packaging. Classy very classy. Like a perfect burboun and cigar. It was simple to get it started. The real wood peice on the bottom smells soooo good on its own. The use of oils with this unit is simple but pay attention to the careful well written instructions anyway because you'll want this one to last for years. I ordered this glass as well as the Eros. They are the exact same. The difference to me is that one is more decorative than the other. The burst of use every ten minutes is like life to me. The motor does get a little louder at the higher setting but seriously, you wouldn't need that much unless you were entertaining or something like that and then the motor wouldn't be heard anyway. Finnis ... the search is over.

No sign of life coming from the motor. One minute it worked and the next it was dead. It was nice when it worked. Not happy about it and won't buy another one.
