The Vented Eaves Protector Support Tray with Comb Protection is a set of 10 durable, black trays designed to enhance roofing performance by directing water away from underlays to gutters, preventing ponding, and ensuring long-lasting protection against decay.

## Description

The Vented Eaves Protector is a faster and easier method of ventilating and protecting at the eaves. It consists of a practical 0.9m Over Fascia Vent with integrated Underlay Support Tray and Eaves Filler Comb. The eaves protector is used at the eaves of the roof to support and protect roofing underlay whilst providing ventilation. In addition, the fitted bird comb prevents small birds or large insects from entering under the tiles. They are ideal for remedial and work to replace worn and damaged roofing felt. The eaves protectors measure 0.9 metres in length. **Q: Can you just slide these in or do they have to be screwed down?**
A: Take first course of tiles off first. For best results nail or screw in to rafters along top edge of vent/eaves protector and let roofing felt cover over fixing

**Q: Are these 10 or 25mm vents**
A: This product works,aginst vermin and birds.

**Q: Are these connected to each other or are they designed to overlap?**
A: these Items do overlap each other but at the top there is a small area that locks together.

**Q: Does this system allow too much ventilation/ colder air / noise into the loft?**
A: It fits under the tiles on roof with a bit in the gutter. Doesn’t go near the loft

It’s ok, I found the comb of these and inch shorter than another brand here. I should of gone for the other products if I knew the combs were much shorter. Not sure if shorter ones are as effective.
