I used to have major uric acid build-up. For years my doctors have offered nothing but 'some people are just built that way'. No help at all.The first time I took this it took my breath away in minutes. For the first time in years my calves felt like something other than solid wood. I could feel the blood rush into them and, consequently, the acid flow out of them. It made me short of breath the relief was so intense. Almost overwhelming.I started my workout like I do everyday. For the first time in twelve years, I don't have to stretch and massage my calves after the warm-up, after an intense portion of the workout or immediately after the workout.My wooden legs now have spring. I can jump higher during workouts. I tire much less. I can workout longer and more frequently between recovery.I can't say enough good stuff about this product.Obviously, results will vary.I take this with a meal twice a day. I have lost ten pounds since purchase with no dietary changes. Due to being more active.No that the control phase has passed. I will update this review once me and my dietitian consult on a meal plan based on HIIT and weight based training.

This Tart Cherry Extract Powder does seem to reduce pain. I notice much less pain in my toes and other joints after using this product for a few weeks. If I stop using the powder, my join pain returns in a day or so. I take the recommended dose of 3 grams, twice a day. Often, I take it three times a day or more as needed. It mixes with food or drinks easily. It tastes very good and can be used as a flavoring. I use it to flavor salad dressing. I like the 1 kilogram size package with its reasonable price. I basically use this product like a food and need a lot of it. Pills or smaller packages would be too expensive. It has a nice light red color and looks clean and fresh and has a nice fruity taste. It is a very fine powder and dissolves easily in water or food. It does not clump up and pours out easily. I am glad it is available.

Cost is great and product is pure fruit. Doesn't say much on package. But it's a good deal.

The powder arrived with an open bag that had spilled into the shipping bag, so I had to throw out some of the powder. It tastes good with some added sweetener.

The product taste great. I purchased this to help with lowering uric acid levels. I haven’t seen any dramatic changes yet. I will continue to use it. I’m not 100% convinced this power is from actual tart cherries.

I am using the products to make a herbal health mix for my personal use.

I'm using the recommended amount of this powder in a glass of water and can barely taste it. All tartness is gone. Very little taste to it. I guess if I could taste the cherries it came from...and the juice before it was dried, I could evaluate better. But if you think this will taste like the bottled tart cherry...you will be very disappointed.
