Gretsch Drums Practice Pad (GREPAD12O)

Well, not sure it "smells" great, but it doesn't reek of chemicals like the rubber pads. It also has better bounce than the rubber pads. It looks great too. And at 6" diameter it's tons more portable than the competition.

Great pad. Cool look, and good rebound

As in my review of the stand, they should have been sold as a set, as the pad has an 8mm female thread sleeve which accepts the 8mm bolt that comes attached to the stand. Disassembly makes for easier transporting. I saw a few other pads with other emblems that had the 8mm sleeve. Good for the price. If you have ever seen dinky little wooden pads in music stores, this is a better deal and better made.

Besides looking Cool!The response and feel of the Gretch 12” Practice Pad is Very Nice. This is a must Own tool for all working Drummers.

Great product

Fantastic practice pad, a little pricey but you get what you pay for in this world. Genuine real feel rubber with good bounce (not too much or too little), quiet and very good for pracitice whether placed directly on a snare drum or cradled indipendantly on a snare drum stand. This travels every where with me and allows me to keep up with my rigorous practice schedule. Far superior to any other practice pad that I have used over the years (just as you would expect from the worlds greatest drum makers). Over all I love it and it's sturdy build quality should make it a companion for life.

Not exactly quiet but the best rebound and feel of any practice pad I’ve had . Fit to a 8mm drum stand and its a perfect practice set up for the basics.

No lo he probado mucho todavía pero parece que tiene muy buena calidad, el rebote es bastante bueno y estéticamente es una pasada. Pesa un poco porque el tamaño es de 12 pulgadas, pero se puede llevar en una mochila sin problemas y usarlo en cualquier lugar

bello, ma solo quello. Il rimbalzo è spropositato, quasi insuonabile, non c'è confronto con altri pad tipo remo, evans...inoltre è rumorosissimo. Sconsigliato, anche perchè costa molto più degli altri.
