Huxley Secret of Sahara Scrub Mask Sweet Therapy 4.23 oz.

Generally I don't use physical scrubs but I make an exception for this one. The exfoliants aren't too harsh and the overall ingredients are great. If you aren't opposed to fragrance in your skincare (I am not) you'll love the fresh scent too. After use your skin feels soft, clean and refreshed. No stripping or redness.

This is a fantastic little scrub mask. It comes in a plain little squeeze tube. You gently rub it into your wet face and then let it sit for about 15 minutes. After the time is up you rinse it off with lukewarm water, personally I prefer to do all that in the shower because it is just so much easier there. When you use this you will notice the incredible scent of this scrub mask. It has some larger exfoliating particles in it that really help getting rid of impurities and dead skin while being very gentle still. I was actually impressed on how well this worked but how gentle it felt. My skin felt and looked incredible when I use this. It also did not feel dried out when I use this so there are some ingredients in there that are actually moisturizing in there that help to not deplete your skin. I really like to use this a lot and use it like once a week or so to make sure my skin gets a nice good cleaning. I can really recommend this product.

I didn't get this scrub at first. I thought it was a cleansing scrub but it's just a scrub scrub, although not your typical boring what-purpose-did-you-serve-other-than-irritating-my-face scrub. The scrub is applied to clean, wet skin and starts to warm a little as it's rubbed in. The sugar scrubbers stay hard instead of disappearing too soon from the contact with water, so I get a good scrub. There are also some green bits in it, which I'm guessing is parts of prickly pear?? Afterwards I let it sit on my face for a while before washing it of. It washes off clean and leaves my skin feeling softer than a (wait for it) baby's bottom. This stuff is like magic. I don't even feel like I need a sheet mask after using it, my skin feels so good. On top of it all, the ingredients are high quality and top notch. I will buy this stuff as long as Huxley makes it.

The package arrived like it was opened . The box was torn at the corner and the tube looked like slightly empty .

I liked this a lot. The mask is pretty thick (like very heavy hair gel) and easy to apply to your face / neck. The Scrub isn't so thick or chunky that it scratches your face. The scent a bit floral a bit maybe tea tree I am not sure. It isn't bad at all I just can't place it. It was very nice to use and did NOT make my eyes water. Packaged exceptionally well, perfect for adding to a gift basket. Price point is fantastic. Overall, this left my skin feeling soft and clean. I had no breakouts or other irritations while using and LOVED the smell.
