Bought this as a Xmas gift for my partner in 2015. I was impressed with the speed of service from the supplier so it arrived well in time for gift day. In operation this knife is very sharp as one expects from a Global knife and extremely flexible enabling the operator to get right down parallel to the bone resulting a nice large clean fillet. We also used this to slice Serrano ham over the festive period giving us really this delicate slices just like a professional would.
