We kind of laughed when we first got these and my mom said she couldn’t use them. Fast forward a few weeks and the pack was nearly gone. I ?’d her and she said that they actually work pretty great for overnight. No overflow if she sleeps a little longer than usual. She has an issue that most don’t. An aneurism left her left side weak and unable to feel what the average person can feel. So, she doesn’t realize she has to “GO” until it’s already too late. So, these are pretty great!! However, if the price goes outta sight. Then other choices will have to be made. We aren’t rich

I've purchased this product for several people I know. This is a top of the line superior product. Super absorbent,strong,and comfortable. I highly recommend this brand for all ages and situations.

size 10 are large enough to hit the waist line both front and back of a smaller individual. they dont have any sticky backing so are held in place by tight briefs or pants. these are very absorbent - easily multiple times what any standard pad could hold that is on the market today. basically its a diaper but with the tabs removed.the advantage is easier to change - disadvantage is the size and movement if not held by very tight pants.

I have MS. One of the problems that go along with MS is an uncontrollable bladder. This product helps me contain any leakage.

I"m not sure we really need an incontinence pad *this* big, so I'll be trying the smaller sizes. Using one of these pads can extend the life of a disposable diaper. Just change out the pads instead of tossing the pad *and* the diaper. And used overnight by my heavy wetter, I've found the pad to be full in the morning (what we affectionately call a "five pounder") and my son's clothing and bedding is dry. Even though it's a pricey pad, the time it saves me in laundering clothes and bedding is worth the price. No point spending money on a cheaper pad that leaves my son sleeping in wet pajamas :-p

I would give these 5 stars (because they're fantastic!), but they are much, MUCH bigger than I expected. They are almost the size of a diaper. I helped my mother put them on just like the package showed, and they worked great. No leaks. At all. However, if the disposable pants we had on hand weren't a size too large for her, these pads would never have fit inside them. They do, however, work better and absorb more than anything we've tried by Poise, Tena, Always, etc. But, to be fair, they better be able to absorb tons more due to their size. I will order more Abri pads because of the quality. I just won't order size 10s.

THE advertising picture is completely false !!!!!. Didn’t correspond to the reality, the product is very good, but I made a more than 100 dolars mistake because the picture anda advertising data!!!

I was disappointed in this product. There is no adhesive on the pads. They are very big and do not stay in place.
