Works. Looks nice. What another commenter said was true, every once in a while the audio will go out. To fix this swipe down from the top of the screen a few times to reach the restart button. Takes like 10s, so not a big deal.All in all, really modernizes the car and google maps on it is awesome.Didn't install the button control I just use the touch screen.

Audio and other settings you make are lost each time you restart the car. No instruction handbook and the video tutorials are weak and don't cover much. There are three different audio controls that can make your audio hot and unlistenable. Using an Iphone my audio controls are disabled by the unit. Maybe there is a way around all this trouble but no instructions address the issues. When using Google Maps and Apple Maps the audio overwhelms music and video audio. It is distorted and while you can turn down the Maps volume it is still hot and distorted at lower levels. Good instructions might solve all this, but don't exist. HELP!

2010 z4 35i E89 without OEM screen. only had a storage box. pretty much plug and play. no error codes. I had to use the AUX cable however, which is not the best if you want the best quality of audio but i cant tell the difference. the screen it self separates from the base. idk if this is intentional. but because of this it squeaks and crackles. i fixed this by putting a double sided foam tape. at times songs skips. this maybe a software issue due to other open apps on my phone. i initially wanted to use the knob but the screw locations did not fit in the right place so i didnt use it. doesnt bother me much. reverse camera function works without any need to wire to the car's backup camera. as soon as you put it in reverse it connects and opens the camera and works seamless with the back up sensory. over all - 4 starts.

Stay away! Overpriced trash.The radio is constantly having intermittent issues with audio sound and the only way to fix it is to uninstall to disconnect harness and reconnect harness for a hard-rest.The carplay may or may not work.You have to constantly turn on and off your car to get the error to go away to have the carplay function.There is no technical help.There is a constant thumping sound when the music is playing and turn down the volume its prominent. As if that wasn't annoying enough, the sound continues even when the car is turned off for an additional 3-5 mins.STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

The head unit works well, nice screen, quick, works with Tmoble 4G. Only issue is the unit does not always connect to CarPlay and requires reboot. Service is great though, very helpful. Would buy again!

install is fine, but they do not tell you that you need to run an aux cord to the aux in on your car, which may require drilling.bluetooth is spotty, requiring me to reset the screen almost every time i start the car.after using the screen for hardly a week, the audio started glitching and playing at inconsistent volumes.

I was looking forward to installing in my BMW Z4, but when I received it there were parts missing and I had to return the item for a refund.
