This vacum sealer worked only half of the time and then exploded. I cant return it because it has been more than 40 days, but I've used it like 6 times and it literally blew up.

I bought my NutriChef in July of 2022. It worked great but then all of a sudden I was having difficulty sealing my bags as they were sticking to the metal sealing strip. I contacted NutriChef directly (PyleUSA.com) to see where I could buy a new sealing strip because I feel it was my fault for removing the protective covering over the metal sealing strip, without realizing it shouldn't be removed! Working with one of customer supports amazing agents, Denise Fernandez, I was able to explain what happened and my "defective" machine was replaced at not cost to me. NutriChef's customer support is beyond compare and I would recommend NutriChef time and again. I love my machine and am so happy it's back to running properly - thanks to Pyle USA and Denise in customer support. NutriChef Sealer is a definite 5 Star product and I would recommend it whole-heartedly!

Conheço este produto. Uso com frequencia. É ótimo para quem gosta de cozinhar e estocar produtos prontos, fechados a vacuo, no freezer. Tambem funciona muito bem para selar (sem vacuo) embalagens de caldo de carne, caldo de legunes, economizando espaço no freezer.

Great device. Simple to use. Vacuum seals like a champ.
