Summary of How Not To Die By Michael Greger, M.D. with Gene Stone Paperback – May 22, 2016

Great efficient way to wrap your head around the advice in a 400 page book with just a summary of key points. I knew I’d never get through the actual book, so this summary was the perfect way for me to follow my doctor’s recommendation.

This is a joke. Not sure why or how it got produced; it has no value whatsoever. Makes no sense.

Skimpy and very poor summary of an excellent and comprehensive tome which lays out our current knowledge of food as medicine for many, many serious conditions. Other summaries may be adequately comprehensive. DO NOT BUY THIS ONE!

Very little information in this summary. The actual book has way more information than what this provided. Just skim the actual book instead of this summary

Worthless. The audio is great and the full book is probably great too but the Summary is useless.

This is the most juvenile writing I have ever seen. Looks like a plagiarized book report by an 8th grader.Repeats generalizations. It is NOTHING like the read book by Dr. Greger, which I LOVED.I want a refund and I want to return the book!Caryl

More like an abstract than a summary. Just defines the main point of the book. You could get that pretty much from the jacket.

This book gets directly to the point and it's easy to understand. It's a no brainer to give the suggestions of foods and activities to do and try. What do you have to lose?

Not worth buying.
