Without going into too much detail, adding these supplements to my daily routine has helped enormously with my constitution. They are easy to take, don't have the foul smell that some other supplements come with, and there are enough capsules to last a long time. A bonus side effect is that my Loo roll consumption has dropped dramatically.

They are magnificent at what ordered and hoped they would do. Regular as clockwork. Brilliant.

It seems to work quite well, but for me it was a bit too fast. I had to stop it for a while, but will start it again when needed. One capsule per day for me it was more than enough.

It was ideal.

We bought this as Fybogel is in very short supply or extremely expensive all of a sudden. The capsules are quite big and you need to drink a big glass full of water with them. It is too early to say whether they work as well as Fybogel but at least they don’t seem to cause any stomach upset.

I've had to opt for psyllium because sterculia is no longer available. The ground psyllium husks isn't a bad option but it's not very user-friendly: it becomes a gelatinous mess in liquid and isn't that palatable. I thought the capsules would be a bit more convenient. But I find them very difficult to swallow. It's not the size, just that they're so slippery, they jump around the back of my throat! The other problem is that I have to take quite a lot of the ground version to be anywhere near effective. Finding the capsules difficult to swallow, I extracted the powder from them to dissolve in liquid, but discovered that 15 was only a couple of teaspoons...nowhere near what I need. Too much hassle...I'll go back to the ground version and deal with the inconvenience!

Not first time ordering from this seller. Can say that it is the best seller with best Vitamins and food supplements. I like that bottle has 180 capsules, not 30 as usually for one month supply from other sellers. Worth every penny, Good stuff for low price. Taking twice a day. Now for a week, can see some changes. Will buy again, will recommend.

I have tried other psyllium husks and found these to be the best for keeping me regular Others that claim to have higher mg per capsule ( in some cases double) and not as effective, possibly to do with how the capsules are made up These are by far the best product and quite possibly because organic and the way they are composed Would recommend 100%
