TUFF Products TQ Carry System. Designed to Carry a TQ and other medical items on the ankle. Made of Heavy Duty Velcro and Elastic with Rubber Grip Texture bottom to hold products in place. Fits but Not Included. Soft T TQ or similar. Quick Clot Combat Gloves. Review: Outstanding ankle rig for responsible armed types - This is an excellent product. I’m a LEO and a paramedic. I will trade the equipment ON me for the equipment in my trunk anytime something goes down. I might be a bit extreme, but here is what I have loaded up: 1x CAT TQ 1x NPA 1x folded and packaged space blanket (cold kills in trauma) 3x (4x4) gauze pads Half dozen knuckle type bandaids for multipurpose use 3’ of tight wrapped Ace bandage (works as pressure dressing, sling, splinting aid, etc) 1x NAR chest decompress needle 1x Streamlight Microstream for EDC white light 1x NAR folded size lg gloves That is a LOT of capability in an ankle wrap. I flew with it on a plane for 9 hours of flights, I have worn it 3-4 weeks if investigative work in weather from 60 F to -20 F (Montana is wild y’all), and I took it deer hunting with me. This is a comfortable and reliable Rig. Fantastic for uni pants, but still great in jeans like I normally work in. If you carry a gun as a CHL or a LE type... there is no excuse not to be able to stop the bleed. Prepare or repair... I choose the former. Review: Strong Construction - Good Product - This ankle holster works as designed and is surprisingly comfortable. I use it carrying a spare, double stack mag and a pair of handcuffs for long hours. I am a big guy and this product fits well and is comfortable. So many of these have to be strapped down to tourniquet-like tightness to keep them from slipping and therefore are very uncomfortable. Well worth the money.

Nice Product
Have worn this a few times for work and it works great. It has three pouches, that are especially tight, used one for my tourniquet, and a second pouch for some celox. I wanted to carry celox guaze, but the pouches are too small and tight to fit that it. Option, if you wanted to put a set of chest seals in the third pouch, it would be very tight and they would stick up taller than the holster. Definately can hold an epi pen, or diabetic supplies, altough a glucometer wouldnt fit.

Easy, comfortable solution.
Only had this system for a few days. I’ve worn it over my Bates boots and there is ample room for adjustment. I only carry a SOFTT-W and a package of quick clot in it. I initially carried a CAT but found that to be a bit too cumbersome. It is comfortable, in fact I hardly noticed it was there. The carrier stayed in place and held the tourniquet securely through my 12 hour shifts. This is the best solution I have found to carry a tourniquet as belt space is limited. Update: Its been almost a year and I’ve worn this every shift since I bought it. It shows no signs of wear and is still extremely comfortable. A few guys at work have also bought one.

High Quality but very tight fit.
I like the product material - it definitely feels on the higher end of the quality spectrum. It also secures nicely around the ankle/boot. My gripe with this product, though, is that the storage pockets are way too tight for what I need to store in them. I could definitely fit some items in with a little bit of effort but I found that taking them out also required some effort. I attempted to put a combination of the following in this product and was unable to comfortably do so: NAR CAT, Israeli Bandage, Hyphen chest seals, trauma shears, rolled gauze, bandages, antiseptic wipes/gel, pressure wrap, gauze pads. The CAT and Israeli bandage can only fit in the largest compartment (center). The smaller side pockets can be stuffed with the less bulky items. I am unable to carry both a CAT and the Israeli bandage together in this package.

Law Enforcement Use
I'm a cop for a large metropolitan agency and wanted a second first aid kit on my person. I have a beefier IFAK on my belt, but I was looking for something that required less steps to get (my belt kit has ridiculously strong velcro and it's behind me so it's awkward to yank sometimes). Plus, in my profession redundancy is always a good thing. I didn't put a TQ in this one (those I have elsewhere), but here's what I did manage to stuff in there. 1x Israeli Dressing 1x Rolled Gauze 1x Trauma Shears 1x Pressure Wrap 2x Gauze Pads 2x Antiseptic Gel 2x Antiseptic Wipes 4x Bandaids So far I've been in two foot chases with it and nothing has budged. It conceals well under my uniform pants, wrapped around my boot. No complaints of discomfort yet. ***3/22/2022 UPDATE*** So I got another one of these for plain clothes just to carry around. Because my attire is different, I needed to slim up the profile some so I modified the contents to include the following (which can be seen in the additional picture that's not in my car): 1x Hemo. Gauze 2x Mini Chest Seals 1x Tourniquet 2x Gloves 1x Pressure Wrap

Medical items don’t fit well.
I’m a police officer and after my shift was over I took off the ankle ifak and my chest seals were gone. Kind of mad I lost 2 chest seals because this ifak can’t retain a simple medical item. Guess I have to restock on chest seals... I carried combat gauze , chest seals, shears and gloves in this ifak. I tried putting a TQ in and I had no luck.

Well Made Product - Just What I was Looking For.
Looking for a more low profile and less bulky way to wear a tourniquet led me to buy this item. When in patrol uniform or plainclothes it has proven to be very comfortable. It fits over a 8" Danner Acadia boot. The construction is very sturdy and the pockets have sufficient elasticity to retain all of the items I have placed in there. I have a SOFTT-W, a combat dressing. Paired up with a vest medical pocket and I have an entire IFAK with me on patrol in a lightweight and comfortable set up.
