Nate's Organic 100% Pure, Raw & Unfiltered Honey - USDA Certified Organic - 16oz. Squeeze Bottle

I purchased this because I am trying to move away from sugar. All of sudden when I eat sugar, I feel my insulin spike. So, I heard, through Internet research, that I should look for sweeteners that do not raise the glycemic index as much as granulated white sugar. Now all of this could be avoided if opt out for artificial sweetener, but I wanted to choose a different route. I wanted natural so I went with honey. I chose his product first and foremost because it was organic and unfiltered. I am thinking this has to be as pure as it gets. I figured you can't go wrong. I found the color and consistency very nice. And it taste great. Now, I must say that it is not as sweet as white sugar, but my goal is to eventually get away from sweets all together, but I am a work in progress. In any event, the package came sealed and was absolutely delicious. It will help me meet my goal and weaning myself off sugar and into a healthy alternative. I recommend this product and will purchase it again.

I LOVE Nate's honey! I saw this when I was making a pantry order and immediately added it to my cart because of the price per amount of honey you get! Stores are easily $2 more for this size! The bottle has a squeeze top which prevents leakage and it is liquid enough that you don't have to wait forever for it to get to the spout. I have used this in "candy" making (I make ginger chews), protein energy balls and peanut butter and honey on bread and the taste is so pure, it is just like getting honey directly from the hive! I will be reordering this as soon as we get close to being out!

Tastes good on some things but not all. It's not versatile enough for me. I don't regret the experience because I like trying new things and I like honey and this is pretty good stuff. But if you are looking for honey that matches all your needs then this may not be it. The taste is strong and changes something about the dish. Anything with dairy changed. My tea changed. But peanut butter was spot on!! Smoothies were spot on! Again, it's good but it doesn't go with everything. Love the cap. Love the cost.

I have always bought just regular grocery store honey and thought it was fine. But after a little reading the benefits of really good pure honey, I decided to try this. What a difference! The taste is so much better. I don't know if I am getting healthier but I am definitely enjoying everything I use honey in. Will continue to buy.
