This is a vegetable. It is not pasta and as such it will never taste or have the texture of pasta. What I like: low carbs diet.

I make a one dish spaghetti, using this, and it takes the flavor well, it's satisfying, and really feels like I'm having spaghetti. Other products I've tried have a weird texture, but this one is acceptable. It is a little firm, but the angelhair version works great. It just needs to be rinsed in cool water very well, and added to your dish. I also found that I can place it in my little Ninja, pulse it and it's now riced!
