Mongoose Rise Youth and Adult Freestyle Stunt Scooter, High Impact Wheels, Bike-Style Grips, Lightweight Alloy Deck, Multiple Colors

I purchased this for my son's 13th birthday as he has outgrown his previous Maxi scooters. He wanted a "stunt" scooter and so i spent some time looking at the various ones available and was also mindful that you can spend £100+ on something that looks very similar to this one. He is now 5 foot 7 inches tall (and growing daily!) and so i needed one that would be suitable for an "adult" and this is perfect, it has a wider base and handlebars than the typical children's ones and will therefore hopefully fit him for the years to come. The build quality appears to be very good and well put together (good quality wheels and handle grips for example) and a nice colour scheme (orange and black) with good / rough grip on the base. My only observation would be that the handlebars are stiffer than my daughters similar scooter which I would say is a good thing, but apparently means it is harder for him to rotate them 360 degrees if required - i suspect they will become looser with use. Overall very pleased and is very good value for money (compared to others) and i would recommend.

Brought this for my 11 year old son as his last one fell apart. Remembered the brand from my youth as they used to make pretty good BMX bikes. Was not disappointed with the scooter at all. Very good looking and sturdy and my son loves it. Only thing to be aware of is that the handle bars do not adjust up or down in height. I didn't realise this until it arrived (my fault for not looking properly) and was worried if it would be the correct size for my son. However, it was absolutely fine and fitted him perfectly. The age is 8+ and i would definitely stick to that due to the size. Overall a great scooter at a great price.

The Mongoose Rise Youth and Adult Freestyle Stunt Scooter is fantastic! The high-impact wheels and bike-style grips provide excellent control and stability. The lightweight alloy deck makes it easy to perform tricks. Great value for money, and I'm very pleased with its performance. Highly recommend for scooter enthusiasts!

This scooter was a little tricky to assemble the two pieces together, bit once I managed I was so impressed with how smooth strong and sturdy it felt. An extremely well build scooter. Perfect for my 10yr old and myself at 75kg alike. Would highly recommend vs other brands. As I brought a M.Y Skate at same time and the difference was unbelievable, the mongoose wins in every aspect not down to visual preference.

Purchased this for my daughter who’s 10 years old. It’s bob on for her height at 4ft1 This is stated to be suitable for adults too, it probably is (it’s a really cool scooter) but for reference I’m 5ft6 and had to crouch too much for my liking to have a go 😂 … The scooter was easy to assemble, looks really nice (my girl has had lots of compliments from her friends “sick scooter Lola” 🤪😂) its light weight and extremely good value for money! 100% recommended this for the kiddies 🛴

Ordered this for my eight year old sons birthday and he loves it. It seems well built and sturdy. Assembly was a piece of cake and the size is just right for my boy. Good value for money.
