I bought Now Foods Pumpkin Seed Oil to support hair growth. It’s a clean, high-quality oil in softgel form that’s easy to take. Pumpkin seed oil is also known for supporting prostate and urinary health, but my primary use is for stronger, healthier hair. It's too soon to say about long-term results, but so far it’s been a good addition.

No aftertaste and gentle on the stomach
I added this pumpkin seed oil supplement to my routine and have been happy with the quality so far. The softgels are a reasonable size and easy to swallow compared to some larger oil capsules. There’s no strong smell when opening the bottle and I haven’t noticed any unpleasant aftertaste or repeat after taking them. The capsules arrive intact with no leaking or sticking together. The bottle is well sealed and clearly labeled, which I appreciate for supplements. As with any supplement, results vary person to person, but from a quality and usability standpoint this one has been solid. Good option if you’re looking for an easy to take pumpkin seed oil softgel.

Hair loss helper?
I bought this to help with hair lose from messed up hormones. It seems to have helped but not quite sure as I do other stuff to help promote growth as well. I noticed no side effects at all. It's easy to swallow but the pills are a little big but that doesnt bother me.
