I have been having a lot of digestive issues especially since the Covid-19 pandemic since anxiety seems to aggravate my knots in the stomach. After even eating a little, the food would just sit in my stomach and my stomach felt like a rock at times and I could hardly eat. I lost almost 20 pounds in about two months. It was terrible since I also had to work every day due to working in the essential business sector. I'd feel pressure in my chest as well in worse days from indigestion and felt suffocated. I thought maybe I was suffering from functional dyspepsia. I'd get bad indigestion especially after eating gluten or meats. I did the H-pylori test but came back negative. I'm set for endoscopy, colonoscopy, and celiac disease test 2 weeks later but since I started on the mastic gum a week ago, my digestion became so much better. Even gluten seems okay as long as I took Glutenease right before eating gluten food. Before taking these, I also tried taking anti-acid like pantoprazole since I have Gerd but it got worse after using it for one week so I stopped as this also happened before. I also tried Betaine HCL since some said it might be due to a lack of acid as you age. I did the baking soda acid test at home and it seemed like I had a lack of acid so I tried HCL but it didn't help at all and it seemed to aggravate my condition. I took probiotics and digestive enzymes as well but these didn't work that well before I started taking mastic gum. I took another brand mastic gum my husband used for two days before it ran out and I purchased this one but it seems like this one is working great. Usually, I hate taking medicines and supplements but this one gave me no side effects when I often have side effects like heart palps from other supplements or medicines. This capsule has a distinctive mastic gum smell which is more like herbal smell which I don't mind. I highly recommend mastic gum for any of your digestive issues especially if you suffer indigestion like me. I believe it'd be safe to take it long term. I'm so glad my husband convinced me to finally try. It works the best among all the digestive supplements I tried!

I've tried Nutricology Mastic Gum, and I found it really helpful for my digestion. It’s a natural product, which I like, and it seemed to help with my heartburn and stomach issues. I also read that it has antimicrobial properties, which is a nice bonus. On the downside, it’s not cheap and not everyone might find it effective. Came down with a really bad case of H. Pylori in December of 2017. Not only did it affect my stomach, but my doctor informed me that it was setting up shop in my intestines. I could barely eat more than one meal per day because I was so bloated. And, basically all of my stools were runny. My digestive system was basically a trainwreck, and I completely lost my libido. I later read that H. Pylori can help raise estrogen levels while suppressing testosterone. My doctor gave me a product by Apex Energetics called H-PLR (K-32). The H-PLR (K-32) definitely helped somewhat, but it wasn't very fast acting. So, in search of something more heavy hitting, I came across a lot of great recommendations for Mastic Gum (for helping with H. Pylori infections). After the first day or so of taking the Mastic Gum, I noticed a HUGE improvement! And, within a week, I'd say that this Mastic Gum helped completely knock out the infection. The bloating disappeared, my appetite returned, my libido returned, and my stools gradually returned to normal. Unfortunately, I read many accounts of people struggling with H. Pylori for months. So, I was relieved to have quickly gotten rid of it. And, I continued taking the Mastic Gum a little longer just to make sure it was gone for good. Another thing that helped out a lot was squeezing lemon juice into to my water. Studies have been done to prove that citric acid helps inhibit H. Pylori. It certainly seemed to have been the case for me. I used 1 full lemon per 16oz of water, and that seemed to help do the trick.

Good product, just not for me. I was recently diagnosed with H. Pylori. After completing quadruple therapy. I wanted to ensure this true stomach bug was gone and heal the gastritis left behind, so I ordered Mastic Gum. Taken for 2 weeks I developed pain on my upper right abdomen went back to the Doctors had full blood work done and showed I had significant liver damage. Which I have never had in my life! Please be careful when using this and other supplements your kidneys and liver may not be able to handle so much at one time. Everyone's body is different.

I like this company but am very disappointed in this product. Its full of filler and the filler is Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose which smells like chemical and is very acidic. There is hardly any mastic in it- sprinkles. It also did not make me feel good- was acidic and did the opposite! Maybe because there was hardly any mastic in it! Two thumbs down!!!!

Great product. high quality of mastic gum in a great package. I have been suffering from h.pylori for so many years. antibiotic failed after three times triple therapy. I thought of trying the natural therapy. no harmful of trying the following. however, consult your doctor as well. I 'm taken one tablet 500MG twice daily for two months + half little tea spoon of manuka honey + one bottle of plain kefir daily. take each of the above on empty stomach. split the kefir bottle to 5 doses to be taken during the day, that should gradulaly insert a good bacteria to take over the h.pylori gradually. use manuka honey once or twice daily. keep using mastic gum for a few months to ensure the full eradication of h.pylori. you would feel a big improvement in your digestive system. by the way, these therapy has been used by Egyptian ancient pharaohs to treat many diseases with 100% success. you can also try to get what is called arabic gum luban and chew it .it is similar taste of mastic gum . put a peace in your mouth, hold it till it form a chewing gum and swallow the fluid. it taste great, clear stomach, clear mouth and help digestive system. it help your breathing and help to open lungs and allow full recovery of many diseases. it come straight from Egypt , Greece, oman or somalia I will insert a picture of it here. also ask whoever use it before trying it or ask your doctor. my MOM used to boil some and drink them every morning. so, you may use it as a gum or boil and drink it. I prefer to chew it.

It helped my to solve my H. Pylori problem. I loved it! I also used Aloe Vera and Cranberry juice (watch out for kidney stones) together with it.
