This product really helps keep a virus away. When I feel like Iām getting cold symptoms I take 1 pill. Even just 1 pill seems to get rid of the symptoms. I will sometimes take for 2 or 3 days. Need to drink a lot of water when taking the pill to prevent the after taste of oregano. Yuck!

I find that taking them with coconut oil instead of water is better. They don't leave any aftertaste or burning sensation in the throat that way.
