The product is with good quality, and it's also a good choice for Chistmas gift exchange. I am satisfied with it. However, the delivery to my location was just a diaster. I am sure that I left my cell phone# with Amazon personal information, but the carrier kept telling me the delay of delivery was because I did not provide effective phone#, and asked me to re-register some messages, while I have done all these in government's system long time ago. This is a bad shopping experience although I am quite happy with the goods I received.

Quality seems good

Nicely made with one flaw. Numbers are not displayed on both sides of the peg. Still I think is was well worth the price.

The only complaint I have is that you really need an extra set of different colored pegs to differentiate from the starting fixed position pegs. Emailed the company inquiring about this, but have received no response.

My only criticism would be there are no red and/or black numbers to set the puzzle up with, so once it's set up and you start playing it, you won't know what the original puzzle was and will not see your mistakes. Also, would be nice if the storage was divided to each number in the storage part would have it's column. Trying to pick out numbers from the bunch takes time. That said, it IS the perfect size.

Item is very nice but missing one no.1 block. A bit disappointed.

Both of the Sudoku sets had damaged cardboard sleeves. They were bought as gifts and had to be sent straight back. They arrived quickly, hence the two stars.
