PhilipsAvent Baby Monitor with Camera Pantalla de 2.7'' White

I got this item less than 4 months ago. Paid 785 aed, the battery stopped working before 4 months. We do not even use this a lot. Now I am trying to get some help from amazon and they said there is not warranty. How can something that expensive can be sold without warranty and leave the customers without any protection. This is ridiculous! Do not buy this. Save yourself a good headache. They are taking your money and giving you no warranty at all. I only gave 1 star because it is required, they do not deserve even 1 star. Extremely disappointed!Update: after multiple calls to amazon an amazing customer care representative name Fidaa managed to get me a refund and I for a full refund on amazon gift card credit.Thank you Fidaa for being such a caring person.

Buena calidad de materiales. Pantalla de tamaño 5,5x3,8 cm. Alcance más que suficiente para un piso de 100m2. Calidad de la imagen tanto en nocturno como en diurno buena. Varios modos de funcionamiento (siempre encendido, solo audio, solo se enciende cuando detecta ruido y otro modo que no se cual es su diferencia respecto al último mencionado). Lo de las melodías poco útil ya que la calidad no es muy buena y son pocas. El modo hablarle funciona relativamente bien debes pulsar correctamente y hablar claro sino se acopla o no se oye bien (como cualquier walkie-talkie de baja calidad). Cables de carga bastante largos. Duración de la batería después de 4 meses correcta modo eco un par de noches sin cargar. Única pega la base de la cámara tiene dos agujeros para un soporte especia, es decir no tienes la típica rosca de las cámara de fotos genérica para colocar un trípode estándar.

I bought this and within 3 weeks it stopped charging.I bought a new one and within 2 weeks the Vox and Eco modes stopped working.This is very poor quality for such an expensive device.

De loin le meilleur investissement sur notre liste de naissance... Pas déçue! Belle qualité d'image ! Se décharge peut-être un peu trop vite....

While I was pregnant I bought this baby monitor. Having opened the box only after I gave birth I noticed that none of the devices are working. The one with the video seems to be already opened with scratch all around and the bar code is barely visible. I'm so disappointed with this purchase as I had until March 3 TO RETURN IT!!!

…kauft zweimal.—-Update: nach nicht mal einer Woche, verliert das Babyphone immer wieder den Kontakt zur Kamera.Schaltet man die Kamera aus und wieder an, geht es dir wieder. Für 150€ ist das absolut NICHT zu verkraften.Leider nicht direkt bei Amazon gekauft und jetzt wieder Ärger mit dem Verkäufer.—-Wir hatten bereits ein ein Philips Babyphone, aber nur Audio. Als eines Nachts unser Sohn vor uns stand, musste eines mit Video gekauft werden. Zuerst hatten wir eines von GHB, das war ganz okay (Reichweite miserabel, Nachtsicht gut). Leider ging es am Ende nur noch mit verbundenem Ladekabel.Auf der Suche nach einem neuen Video Babyphone, stießen wir auf dieses von Philips.Es kam neu und original verpackt bei uns an.Leider war es KEIN deutsches Getät.Eine Gebrauchsanweisung war leider auch nicht dabei.Die Nachtsicht ist wesentlich schlechter als bei dem günstigen GHB Babyphone.
