Does this paper have print on the reverse side?

No print on the reverse side. The printing side of the paper has a semi-gloss "Luster" to it, while the reverse side is a matte finish, also when you run your finger over the print side it has a somewhat grainy texture to it whle the non-print side feels a little slippery. Hope this helps.

Is it completely blank on the back side? As an artist it is a turn off when the printing company puts their logo on back

Has anyone used this paper with an Epson photo printer?

There are no simple answers to this. In short, Epson papers work best with Epson printers and Canon papers work best with Canon printers. This Canon paper may produce acceptable prints on your Epson printer; or it may not! The only reasonably sure way to make this paper work with your printer is to have your monitor screen calibrated using a screen calibration device and create an icm profile for the printer / paper combination with a printer profiling device. If you search the internet you may find an icm profile that satisfies this printer / paper combination. icm profiles are installed at this location in Windows 10 computers - "C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\color". I trust that this helps!

Does this come with UPC code?

UPC code on the cardboard was removed/cut off and sent to Canon for mail in rebate.I don't know whether it was provided inside or not as the box was never opened.
