Excellent product
Very effective, and costs less as well than similar product from other brands. Be careful you don't consume too much. It has mild to moderate laxative effect, I consume half a teaspoon daily and that works for me. Try and find a proper dosage which suits you.

I've tried triphala once in a week. Also this works for cleaning stomach and ladies can use it for various purpose, for digestion, vitamins etc. But the taste is very dangerous. Mix in warm water and drink in bedtime. Best for it.
