Bought these for my 10 year old son who has overpronation and plantar fasciitis. He regularly reported that he had significant heal pain and you could tell he did when he was running. I had bought a different type of product that was just for heal pain and they didn't help. He says since we got these, he has had zero heal pain.

Good quality and great for correcting however they are very thick and do not fit in all shoes

My son has flat feet, when he doesn’t have these inserts he falls every 5 minutes. He does still fall a couple times during the game, but his running gait looks so much better. His hyper pronation is so much more obvious in soccer cleats, this has really helped with his foot/ ankle alignment. I like the price of these too.

I bought this for my 10 year old. Her arch drops a half inch when she bears weight. We broken them in over time but she could not tolerate them. They increased her pain. Overall they were of fair quality. They were lightweight. I did not cut them for her shoe. They did not work for my kid.

I'm an a adult who wears kids shoes & have fallen arches. These are wonderful as I'm on my feet all day. Finally a product to save small aching feet! Plus if I buy Womens shoes that run small they help if they are style largeso I can even find better styles! Thank you!!!
