Motor and battery both useless needed the fan so didn't returned it

Battery is faulty so i requested a return of product but no response from the amazon or supplier. Amazon don't have any control on its functioning.

I just got this kit and tried it out but one motor is completely broken and other doesn't work, the only thing working is its battery , the motor is missing the things we connect wires on
