Do you need to refrigerate it after opening it?

No, however, it is natural so it will separate if left out. Stirring it before each use will help. It will need to be stirred quite a lot when first opened.

What is the shelf life?

The nut butter is labeled with sell by dates. It is guaranteed fresh, if unopened until the indicated date. They are good for about 3 months once opened, as this product contains no preservatives
