Great for keeping up milk supply Postpartum
This adaptogen helped keep my milk supply up Postpartum. I was using ashwaghanda and Triphala but neither were recommended for pregnancy and breastfeeding. So was so glad shatavari is recommended while breastfeeding.

Helped boost my milk supply after menstration
Started my period after my daughter turned 3 months. My supply dipped to one ounce each breast every few hours. I was so scared I was drying up. I bought these capsules after some quick diving into research and found that Shatavari can help increase your supply after you start menstruating. So I gave it a go. I’m about to start my third period and my supply has built back up within a matter of a couple weeks after taking Shatavari. Instead of 1 ounce per breast now I’m producing 3-5 ounces per breast every few hours.
