Lovely product..., great taste ,a nice summer drink..refreshing.Good value for money too.

Okay, so technically these drinks aren't something you'd expect to incorporate into a low-carb regimen...but I still like to have one every now and again. A single can contains 15g of sugar, which is a lot less than many other sparkling beverages, and whereas I normally try to restrict myself to 20g of carbohydrate a day, I can take that up to 25g and still not cause a blood sugar and insulin spike, providing I keep my food to the bare minimum carb-wise.But you don't care about my weird dietary requirements, you care about how the stuff tastes. And I can happily report back that despite their having changed up the formulation of late (they've swapped out some of the sugar for an artificial sweetener) this drink is still a beautifully sharp burst of lemony gorgeousness. It's tart, it's fizzy, it hits all the areas of your tastebuds at once so you KNOW you've just had a sip. And it's insanely refreshing - especially on a hot summery day.I also like the grapefruit version that San Pellegrino offer, but where that flavour is slightly more dry, this lemon version is utterly thirst quenching. It's worth keeping an extra stringent eye on the rest of my food intake for the day, if it means I can have one of these in the evening. And for those of you who don't concern yourselves with sugar or carbs or whatever, well you can have a lovely sharp lemon drink, which is lower in sugar without you feeling as though you've had a diet drink or anything that isn't a properly satisfying mixture of sweet & sour.It also makes a great mixer to put with vodka or gin. But I probably won't be drinking alcohol until Christmas so it'll be a while before I get to benefit from that awesome combination again. For now though, I'll be keeping a few cans of this stuff in the fridge, just for those days when I want something insanely refreshing and I've got enough carbs spare in the daily allowance to make it possible.This drink has been around for decades. There's a reason why it's still a firm favourite of a lot of people. It's just the way you wish all lemonade tasted: fresh, sharp, tangy, fizzy, sweet, refreshing and very satisfying.

lovely sparkling orange fizzy drink, not sweet but very refreshing. Like the lemon ones too, very good for the warm summer days.

I’ve always liked San Pell juices as they actually taste like the fruit they are made of and are not remotely artificial tasting or overly sweet! I will just warn you, however, that while the blood orange flavour (aranciata rossa) is fresh, fruity, tasty and refreshing it is actually sharper than the lemon (limonata) and much much sharper than the orange (aranciata) but please don’t get me wrong it is delicious I just think the tartness might be a shock to those used to v sweet drinks! If you are used to the sweetness of, for example, orange & passionfruit J2O this might be a bit of a shock to your palate…and draw your cheeks in rather a lot. It is under 5% sugar so it is also good as an occasional treat for those with Type 2 diabetes, though my T2D husband prefers the lemon! I’d imagine it goes beautifully with gin and plenty of ice, as would the lemon &/or the orange, but as I’m a teetotaller these days I can’t say for sure but I wish I’d know about it to try when I did indulge! If you like tart drinks this should be on your shopping list and this multipack is great value for money (espesh with subscribe & save) as the little 6packs you get in the supermarket are rather pricey!

So I'm always on the hunt for drinks that are cheap, taste grate, have low sugar and don't include artificial sweeteners. That's a combination that's very hard to come by (outside of regular sparkling water). But these San Pellegrino drinks never fail to disappoint as they're full of flavour without you feeling like you've just instantly overdosed on sugar like the feeling a can of coke gives you
