Knife handle slips in hand up to knife heel. Unsafe for me to use. Wanted to return but return fee is $25.00 and if used you can not return. When you hold the knife you don't know that that your hand will slide. I used to try and cut frozen hamburger so return is invalid and that is the only way to know how it will cut. I am unhappy with return policy. So this is a not a good choice if you need to see how it cuts in your hand as Amazon does not have a true return policy on this.
