Both my nieces loved the Cry Babies Kiss Me Stella 12" Doll for their Xmas present. The doll is so adorable😍. Stella comes with a bottle to feed her and to stop her crying. She also has a purple pacifier around her neck to also soothe her crying. Stella is wearing a pink & purple outfit with purple shoes and a pink & lilac dragon hat. Stella is a soft doll with blonde hair. You can brush Stella's hair carefully with a small doll's brush or a human comb. Stella is a big doll; definitely would not buy her for a 1 or 2 year old child because it would be difficult for them to carry her in their arms (I would instead buy the 9" Cry Babies Doll for the 1 or 2 years old child @ Amazon; I purchased a 9" Cry Baby Doll from Amazon for my 1 and 1/2 year old niece as a Xmas 🎁). Some of the things that Stella can do are: she cries tears, she blushes and she makes cooing noises when the child soothes her from crying. To get Stella to blush, 2AA batteries will be required to be placed inside Stella feet OR back(my sister installed them, so I'm a little unsure which it is). To get Stella to cry: on top of Stella's head under her hair is a covered hole that you open up, put water in, then close it and put Stella's hair back down. After awhile of playing with Stella, my niece had enough of the dolls crying so my sister was able to "switch " it off. There must be an off switch on the Kiss Me Stella doll;most likely on her back or on a side. My sister loves these types of toys because she gets a break too when the kids have had enough of the noise too. Overall, both my nieces love the doll and love playing with her.

So she's a super cute doll and she's made very well and super sturdy, but I kind of thought she would do a little more..have more noises and sounds. She's a little late to react sometimes too and now her cheeks don't light up red anymore. Maybe I need to change the batteries? Everything else seems to be working tho so I don't know. She's brand new, just opened on Xmas day. It's really cool how she cries tho! I didn't even know she cried until after 2 days of having her I looked her up on YouTube to see what she did bc she was pretty boring, lol. Then I saw that she has a cap under her hair you have to screw off and fill it up with water so she cries when you take her paci away. I just wish she did a little bit more and her cheeks lit up like they did when we first opened her. Overall tho, it's cute!

Allows the child to play mommy with the doll that interacts with them to keep them interested in the play. Just as advertised

A differenza delle vecchie Cry Babies (che sono comunque bellissime) questa ha veri capelli ed è più a bambina e meno a neonata. Ha i vestitini e non il pigiama e le guance si illuminano quando le si dà i baci. Inoltre è molto più leggera e più maneggevole per le bimbe un po' più piccole. Costa un po' di più ma merita
