I have the Samsung G9 and cheaped out on a monitor arm the first time around. It just couldn't hold the monitors weight and constantly tilted down and took forever to get back into the exact perfect spot to stay up again. This one however holds it up without an struggle. You can tell it's much higher quality and very robust. The springs in it are HUGE and well greased. The cable routing has reusable velcro style loops which I really like. It was also very easy to mount to monitor onto as a single person. You attach a backplate to the vesa mount on the monitor and then the backplate slides into the monitor arm. If you've ever tried to hold a 12kg monitor up to a hole and screw it in at the same time you know the pain lol. You don't have to do that with this one It is quite expensive. You can get a monitor arm for £50 but it wouldn't be anywhere near as good as this one

What can I say, soon found out what I was paying for. Having bought a different so called heavy duty arm for My Samsung CRG9 that failed miserably when it came to adjusting tilt because it just could not take the weight. I opted to take the plunge and buy the Ergotron HX HD. This arm is a monster so much so I have not really had to adjust anything due to the strength of this arm. It's extremely well built solid cast metal, and not flimsy like some of the other arms on the market, it is also straight forward to assemble. I highly recommended this arm if you have a heavy Ultrawide screen monitor, your jaw will drop if you have had other arms previously when you first take it out of its packaging. 5* all round from Me.

This is an awesome monitor arm I've used others in the past but this one was by far the best. It supports my Samsung 49-inch CRG9 and I can rotate and adjust the monitor to the height I need it to be whether I am working or gaming. The monitor feels secure on the mount and the arm adjustment is not at its max setting so I'm sure it can handle additional weight. Ergotron has been a great company to use and I will not be buying any other brand of stand in the future.

Excellent quality. Tension springs are far from fully adjusted and it supports my Samsung C49RG9x 49” monitor weighing 11.6 kg with no problems. Easy to assemble, mount monitor and adjust.

Not much to say here, big and hefty compared to the ones that are designed for smaller lighter displays. Have this holding up my Asus PG42UQ with zero issues. Pros - Solid construction - Good support - All tools provided to install - Good cable management - just make sure you have cables long enough! :) Cons - Will take 2 people to potentially drop the monitor on depending on size/weight - A little stiff to move the display around - my mistake (was a too tight on the tension, loosened it a little and its fine now) Can't go wrong if you know you have to support something quite big and weighty.

From reading A LOT of blogs and watching videos, I thought trying to find a mount for my G95NC was impossible (at the moment). I decided to get this, thinking I would need to jam the spring in my preferred position in the tilt forwards/backwards, as other reviews said it wouldn't hold. No big deal as I don't use that anyway. It arrived, I set it up and tried to tighten the spring as much as possible but I literally couldn't as it was already at maximum. Placed the screen on and it held ! Again, other reviews said next day it had fallen forwards but after 2 weeks, it's been great ! It does feel like it's right on the limit, balance wise, but I haven't had to re-adjust it at all - fingers crossed it'll stay that way :) Otherwise, it's really easy to put together. The G95NC is bloody big so getting it onto the mount is never going to be easy but the system they use where you fix the VESA to the screen and 'slot' it onto the arm is really good. I did it myself although if you have help available, I would recommend you use it. The manufacturers commented on one post I saw to say they were working to develop it so it could manage this screen so I can't vouch for it entirely. I might have just gotten lucky. My experience has been brilliant. Obviously it's quite expensive but if you've used arms before, you know how much difference it makes to your desk.

Solid buils quality, aluminium chassis which is evident with the weight of the arm. Using this with a 42inch OLED which doesn't actually support the arm as it's too light but with some adjustments in screws it's holding everything together with the tilt function enabled and easily swivels to different positions. If your spending extravagant amounts on a monitor it makes sense to ensure it's secure, so even though it's an expensive item for support it's a buy once, cry once scenario does what it says on the tin.

Product I very well made and feels very sturdy. Good adjustment on base I believe it should fit most desk thicknesses. Quality of the metals used feels very good. Overall it gives you good assurance when mounting my 49inch ultra monitor.

Le support pour écran de 49 pouces est excellent. Bien que le prix soit un peu plus élevé par rapport à d'autres marques, il offre une réelle prise en charge pour les écrans XXL. La construction est de qualité et l'installation est facile. Il faut toutefois compter sur l'aide d'un autre personne pour fixer l'écran (étape finale) et régler la précharge afin qu'il ne bouge pas du tout. J'ai utilisé ce support depuis plusieurs semaines avec mon écran Samsung et je suis satisfait de sa stabilité et facilité d'utilisation dans tous les axes. Le grand avantage est que cela libère beaucoup d'espace sur le bureau, car le pied de mon écran était imposant.

Installato questo braccio per sostenere un C49RG90 (Samsung da 49''). Struttura davvero solida che assicura di tenere bene il peso di questo grande monitor. Ogni snodo è regolabile in tensione e/o resistenza, pertanto si riesce a calibrarlo affinché il movimento sia ben fluido in ogni direzione e senza che si sposti una volta posizionato. Rispetto allo stand stock, ora riesco a posizionare il monitor esattamente nel punto più ergonomico a secondo di come mi posiziono, in alto, in basso, a destra, a sinistra.. in pratica lo si può posizionare ovunque e con qualunque orientamento nel raggio d'azione del braccio. Lo stand stock era inoltre troppo basso per la mia postazione, ed occupava la scrivania con la sua base di 60x33 cm che ora posso usare per altro. Bene anche il cable management che consente di far "scivolare" tutti i cavi dal monitor al bordo della scrivania (nel mio caso 2x cavi DP, 5xUSB e l''Alimentazione). Fate solo attenzione che potrebbero servirvi cavi più lunghi di prima, nel mio caso il cavo che collegava via USB PC all'hub del Monitor (che era quello stock), ho dovuto sostituirlo con uno più lungo. Sicuramente costoso, ma vale i soldi spesi vista la migliore ergonomia.

This monitor arm was a bit stiff when I just took it out of the box, so be prepared to fiddle around a bit with the adjusting of the arm. My LG C2 42" is around 9kg, which is closely to the minimum weight, which I definetly could notice. Make sure you have someone with you when doing the adjustments! Once you have it secured, the cable management will give you enough room for adjustments and the arm itself moves well and feels super sturdy and secure. I could really recommend this!

this really is a mother of all monitor arms .. expensive but very well worth every dollar .. A must have for 49 inch and above monitors . Do not buy cheaper arms this one is very well sturdy and strongly built arm made up of durable material . Highly highly recommended
