Very well packaged, quick shipping, no perfume smell, great at eliminating household odors. I had ordered this same item with another company and was not happy as how it was packaged, was leaking when it arrived. This company was great, just be careful of other vendors, selling the same product.

As landlords we encounter crazy smells, stink, funk - you name it. This stuff works - not sure how - but wipe down with this and a quick follow-up wipe of vanilla and we are good to go!! I keep it on hand always. Dried clear, quickly and no lingering chemical odor. I tried vinegar, baking soda, bleach and nothing touched the stink -

I m looking forward to trying the product but I urge caution when opening packaging. After removing it from the outer plastic layer the largest bottle fell over and started pouring out on my table. Apparently the cap was not screwed on. I lost about 1/3 of the bottle. It smelled strongly of rubbing alcohol so my coffee table is disinfected.
