Upd: bumping up from 3 to 5 stars. Well, maybe 4.5. I figured that a) gotta be really generous amounts of the mousse, b) apply to roots as well, quite a bit, c) be very patient and work through the hair strands with you blow dry. Yes it works, just needs more effort than originally expected. I guess this is no surprise, after all XD Original review: Somehow this does not make volume for me. Their "simpler" smartvolume leave-in conditioner was surprisingly more effective, keeping hair both shiny and volumous. I tried both products with wonderbalm, maybe it prevents this mousse from working. I hope I will figure out a way to make it work.

If your hair lays flatter than you prefer and most products don't lift it, this one will!! This is used by a household member with fine curly hair. Type 3A/3B. They use this product consistently as part of their routine. Why four stars and not five? The product itself is worth ten stars! The only complaint I have is shipping. It is shipped in a bag. It has come damaged multiple times. They will not replace the replacement, even if it comes damaged. The last one came damaged, they willingly replaced it. The replacement had a cracked top, but at least the product was all inside the bottle. We needed it badly at that point, so we kept it. Still paying full price. If this one was also leaking, this review would not even be four stars. Fingers crossed they figure out better protection of the product for shipping. Sounds like I would have eaten the cost if it had been leaking again. I'll update this with my next experience. I can say the update may be awhile. This product lasts a good long time! So worth the price!

I have fine, thin hair, so a volumizing mousse is a must for me. I have tried many "clean" hair products, and I like this one as it actually seems to do what it says without weighing my hair down. I will buy this again.

This mousse is strong without being sticky. It’s the product I use now.

On my hair forstyling

I bought the shampoo, leave-in conditioner and the mousse. I have fine grey hair and love all the products. The volume was wonderful. I am sensitive to fragrances and some products will make my scalp itch. This didn't at all. My problem is with the packaging. Both the leave in conditioner and the mousse pump quit working. I was able to replace the conditioner spray bottle but not the mousse pump bottle. I feel for the price they need to improve this.

Works well! Small item: sometimes there is a drag of my brush through my hair after using the product. Bought it multiple times.
