Worked great for 2 months, then it quit working. In response, I posted a one-star review because that was an appropriate response. I didn’t ask for ANYTHING from the company. I simply publicized my dissatisfaction with the product. The company contacted me directly, delivered a genuine apology, and asked if they could make it up to me. That sort of customer service needs to be highlighted and applauded. You can’t build a perfect product but you can always work to get better. I was VERY impressed with their response. As a result, I am going to try it again, because it was AWESOME when it was working.

My daughter bought this item for her husband and son. Her son that uses it is 6 years old and he can work it like a champ - so I would rate this product high on ease of use for that reason alone. She has this to say about it: The SinuPulse Traveler a good quality product, well built and easy to use. It will be easy to travel with as well. My husband & son use it on a daily basis and it had helped tremendously to keep sinus congestion away - especially during this pollen season. My son gets congested easy with allergies and I have already noticed a change in him in the short time we have used it. To use it is super easy - untwist the bottom and fill with water and the saline packets that come with it. Twist back in place and you hear a click to know it’s locked in place. Place in nose and get a good seal and hit the power button. Go order one now!

I purchased this product for a trip last fall. I used it during my roughly ten nights of that trip, then once more, about a month later, for a five night get away in October of last year. When I pulled it out to take on a trip last week, I charged it, to insure it was fully charged; when I tested it for use, it didn’t work properly. i reached out to the seller, and was promptly directed to someone who was incredibly helpful, and who knew the product inside and out. Long story short, they replaced my device with a new one. More importantly, they figured out what went wrong with the damaged one. If you have one of these devices, charge it only with a 5W charger. The phone charger I used fried the device. Also, these devices only need to be charged about once a month. The product is great, especially for travel outside of the US. And the customer service was beyond excellent. I recommend this product and this company without reservation.

This machine is a gift from heaven. It keeps my sinuses clear of mucous, day to day. I like that I could start on "gentle" and increase another 3 grades. Great for traveling too.

It's good to use. But it stopped work right after one year warranty period this time. prior purchase before this time, stopped work around 2 years. So this product don't last. They may used cheap material.

My wife has used this product for a couple months and very satisfied with its performance. We had a problem with the sinus tip that would not click in place when inserting the tip into the knob of the nasal irrigator handle. Glen with the manufacturer, Health Solutions Medical Products Corp., contacted me directly by phone and their was an easy solution to the problem. Used a lubricating gel on the insertion end of the sinus tip and problem easily resolved. Thank you for great personal service to Glen.

This worked great, but it lasted only 5 months, now it is turning off on me every few seconds! It's worth the purchase, but get as long of a warranty policy as possible. My first lasted a 1 !/2.

After recurring sinus issues I was advised by my GP to try flushing them using a neti pot. When researching I found this and and reviews were excellent. It works well, has great battery life and comes with sachets to make up the solution with cooled, boiled water. High quality item which is worth paying extra for.

Pile of junk, stopped working after 5 months, avoid!!!!

Worked fine but didn't do anything that the cheaper models do. I get that it does this 'wave' thing but I honestly didn't notice a difference. It does clear your nose, but like I say, wish I'd got a cheaper model.
