Strong and heavy
Still not tested on hard bones. But i believe that will manage.

This was the best knife. Sharp af. Cut through the bones easily. Love the handle. Very light definitely durability. I only hand wash mine so idk how it would be if put in a dishwasher. I also us this 3-4 times a day for everything. Planning on buying the others.

Ich bin begeistert. Ich koche schon immer gerne mit großen Messern und dieses ist das beste, dass ich je hatte. Super scharf! Es ist allerdings auch mein erstes chinesisches Kochmesser, vielleicht gibt es viele deutliche Bessere. Aber das ist besser als jedes Messer, dass ich je hatte. Und ich hatte schon viele, von no name 5€ bis WMF 200€.
