It is hydrating but your lips are gonna feel sticky
For extremely dry weather it can be used as a seal on top of a moisturizing lip balm, but still your lips are sticky

This lip oil is top tier!!!! I have Been struggling with super dry lips during the fall and winter months for the last few years. This lip oil has helped TREMENDOUSLY! And the shine is INSANE! Leaves your lips feeling extremely soft. It is a tad sticky but it’s absolutely worth every penny!
